…and everything’s a milestone when you’re new to this world.

Jacob is 3 months old today. Milestones: he has survived. WE have survived. he laughs.

The other day I was reading to him and he laughed for the first time. Laughed from the depths of his little body. A wholly pure and joyous laugh. Today was the 2nd time in his life that he figured out what excitement and joy can sound like and I was lucky enough to be in reach of something to record the moment. Lord, thank you for my iPhone. haha (I was able to run down and get the video camera though before he was done with his little happy time.)

It’s been too long since the last post, but being a mom doesn’t exactly leave you with a lot of free time. (Well, the time may be there, I just don’t know how to organize it yet.) I’ve done the world wide web a great disservice by not posting more pictures of my gorgeous boy! haha

Anyway, here’s a quick photo to hold you over until next post where I’ll hopefully get some videos up and other good photos.
